1. Shipping Zones & Coverage:

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to most PIN codes across India.

  • International Shipping: Please contact us at info@mittaldairyfarms.com for international shipping and rates.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines:

We want you to enjoy your ghee as fresh as possible.

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days.

  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, your order will typically reach you within:
    - Metro Cities: 3 - 5 business days
    - Rest of India: 5 - 8 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates. While we partner with reliable courier services, occasional delays may occur due to weather, regional restrictions, or festive peak seasons.

3. Shipping Delays:

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Transport disruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier partner operational delays

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

4. Shipping Charges:

We offer free shipping on all products across India.

5. Delivery Address:

Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate delivery information, including:

  • Full name

  • Complete delivery address

  • Landmark (if applicable)

  • Valid mobile number

  • PIN code

Mr. Milk shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts:

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Recipient unavailable

  • Incorrect contact information

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

The order may be returned to us by the courier partner. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

7. Packaging Quality:

Your ghee is precious! We pack our glass jars in secure, transit-safe, eco-friendly packaging to ensure they arrive without leaks or breakage.

8. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email and SMS with your Tracking ID and a link to track your shipment in real time.
