1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Mr. Milk website ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and other users.
2. Products
All product descriptions, images, and prices are as accurate as possible but may be subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product appearance may vary slightly.
Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed only after successful payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Payments are processed securely by Easebuzz. We do not store your card or banking details.
In the event of a failed transaction where your account is debited, amounts will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
COD Orders:
Payment Methods: We accept Prepaid payments (Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD) with partial advance payment.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms: To place an order via COD, a mandatory advance payment of ₹500 must be paid online at checkout. The remaining balance amount must be paid in cash or via UPI directly to the courier executive upon delivery.
Please note: The ₹500 advance payment is strictly non-refundable once the order is placed.Order Confirmation: Prepaid orders and Partial COD orders are confirmed only upon successful receipt of the online payment or advance amount.
4. Delivery
We deliver across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Free delivery is available on all orders.
We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, or incorrect addresses provided by you.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled by the customer before they are processed (status: Pending or Payment Received). Once an order moves to Processing or beyond, cancellations are at our discretion. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds after cancellation.
Partial COD Cancellations: If a Cash on Delivery order is cancelled before dispatch, the order will be stopped, and you will not be charged the remaining balance. However, the ₹500 advance payment remains strictly non-refundable to cover administrative and order-processing costs. Once dispatched, COD orders cannot be cancelled in transit.
6. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must not share your account with others or use the Platform for commercial resale without prior written agreement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Platform - including logos, product images, text, and design - is the property of Mr. Milk / Mittal Dairy Farms and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mr. Milk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Platform. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of your most recent order.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
